Grape variety:65% Malbec / 35% SyrahVinification:Fermentation takes place in small cement tanks at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. 40% of the wine is aged for 6 months in contact with American and French oak. 60% has no contact with oak. All the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation spontaneously. After the blend of both wines is made, it is lightly filtered and bottled for 6 months of ageing before release. Tasting notes:It exhibits an intense purple colour.
