It is a wine that shows the great typicity of the grape variety, and its adaptation to the terroir of La Consulta. Ruby red in colour, this wine opens on the nose with a great concentration of aromas, mainly of red fruits, accompanied by herbaceous notes such as mint. Subtle balsamic notes of eucalyptus and rosemary also appear. On the palate the tannins are integrated, thanks to the balanced acidity and the ageing of the wine in barrels. A great wine to be drunk especially in the winter season. Barrique maturation: the 50% of the wine was aged for 7 months, mainly in French oak barriques.Serving temperature: 15° - 18°
