This organic and biodynamic Rosé is a blend of three red grape varieties. Its maceration is short, which is why it has a pale pink colour.
The nose presents notes of red fruits, such as cherries and strawberries, accompanied by herbaceous notes. On the palate it has a somewhat marked acidity, which makes it ideal for summer drinking.
